Current Schedule of Consulting Fees

General Consulting & Training (principal) $2,250.00 per day
    ($1,400.00 half-day / $400.00 per hour)

This time is spent on behalf of your business or project after formal engagement of services. Time starts at the designated meeting time.

Database Architecture (principal) $450.00 per hour
This is creative computer time in the process of database creation. Interview and information gathering time is charged at normal rates. Project Contracts are the norm.

Telephone Consulting (principal) $75.00 per 15-minutes
The first ten minutes of any telephone consultation is free, to determine the extent of consulting needed. Client pays phone charges, if any.

Computer Consulting & General "Help" $200. per hour (extg. client)
The first ten minutes is free, to determine the extent of needed work. Plus travel time, if necessary.

Out-Of-Town Consulting & Training $3,500.00 per day
Plus expenses for travel and lodging. Any trip not requiring an overnight stay will be billed at regular hourly rates including travel time. Until cleint relationship is established, payment in advance - first class air fare.

Project Planning & Custom Designed Projects - Not to exceed contract
A free one hour meeting will determine the "scope of the job" after which a "ball park" cost will be established. At the completion of meeting #1, a "not to exceed" retainer contract will be completed.

Terms & Conditions:

We work on a no risk to our client basis.
Our client's satisfaction is guarenteed.
It is PPI/AMP's responsibility to develop an evidence proceedure for perceived or measured value, and deliver to that criteria.

•Net upon receipt of invoice. Projects are billed 60% [or agreed retainer] in advance, 30% at the completion of information gathering and milestone review, and the balance at delivery of completed product and/or services.
•Expenses are billed monthly (established client).
•Late charges [2.5% per month] after 30 days.

Out-Of-Town terms:
•60% of anticipated charges or contract paid in advance.
•30% @ the beginning of work.
•Balance @ completion of work.
•Payments are by certified or cashier's check.
•Travel: Transportation, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses. Coach class is acceptable for trips of two hours or less travel time, business class or better for longer flights.

In the event of a client cancellation or change of schedule, the full amount for the scheduled time is due and payable. Work will be re-scheduled at a time of mutual convenience.

Standard expenses:
Supplies, telephone, outside professional assistance as required, all travel & lodging, etc.
